Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

In Stock Items


Orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. If the order is out of stock, it will be made and shipped according to Made-To-Order shipments. You will be contacted when it ships. If your credit card is being held for any reason by our payment processor, we will notify you so you can contact your credit card provider.

Made-To Order Items

Made-to-order items are made when ordered and will be available for shipping within a maximum of 3 weeks. The time depends on the volume and complexity of the item. If there is a reason for any delay (vacation or unforeseen supply issue), you will be notified.  If you don't wish to wait, we will refund your order and shipping immediately.

Custom Items

We will provide you with an estimated time to make the item and a quotation for all custom orders. We can only estimate weight/shipping costs until the item is made. A 50% down payment is required before the product is started.

 

The rest and shipping costs /delivery fees are due before shipment. The best shipping price will be chosen based on size/weight/location. You can use your carrier or pick up the item in Sarnia, Ontario.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We provide delivery and pickup for those within Lambton County. If you are outside Lambton County and would like to pick it up, contact us, and we will refund shipping and schedule a pickup time with you.

Delivery

We will deliver to certain local areas within Southwestern Ontario based on postal codes. We currently deliver to Lambton County, and the postal code sets prices. When the item is ready for delivery, you will be contacted and set up a delivery date/time. You must be available to receive the item, or it will be returned to Sarnia, and you will need to pay another delivery fee or pick up the item at our location.  


We can only deliver to a house or townhouse with direct access or an apartment or condo that is reachable from the outside.

We do not accept any returns on delivered items once they are accepted.

Pickup

For those locally, we offer pickup, which is free of charge but must be collected within the pickup times provided. You will be notified of the available location and pickup time frames. Please confirm a time once you are provided with the times.

 

We do not accept returns on picked-up items once received and accepted.

Damaged Items Refunds

If an item is damaged in transit, we need to receive a picture of the box and the item before we can refund your order and shipping. We do not require the product to be returned, but we must receive the information for the full refund as soon as the item is received. (Within 7 business days of receipt) to info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca.

 Include the following: 

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Date of Arrival of Shipment

  • Picture of Packaging

  • Picture of Product

​

We photograph the item in the packaging before shipping to verify how it was packaged, so it arrives broken; we have verification for the shipper of how it was packed. 

​

Accidents happen in transit, so we will refund the item and shipping 100% once we receive the information.

Returns and Refunds

At Rustic and Renewed Decor, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We will try to work with you to a satisfactory conclusion. It is important that you are happy with the product you purchased from Rustic and Renewed Decor. Our standard return/refund policy based on product types are outlined below.

 

 

In Stock Items

 

At Rustic and Renewed Decor, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

​

For in-stock items purchased from our site, including those on back order, you must email us (info@rusticandreneweddecor) within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you are returning it. The item must be received back in the condition it was shipped within 30 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. We do not cover the cost of the return or refund shipping.

We photograph all products before shipping. If an item is damaged, please refer to damaged item refunds and follow that process to receive a refund for both the product and shipping.

Made-To-Order Items

Since items made-to-order were made to your specifications, we cannot provide full refunds except for damage. For made-to-order items purchased from our site,  email us (info@rusticandreneweddecor) within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you are returning it with the order number and reason.  If you choose to return your product, we will provide you with a 70% refund on the amount, but it must be received within 30 days of receipt and in the condition in which it was shipped. We do not cover the cost of the return or refund shipping.

Note:  All unstained bare wood products can be returned for a full product refund as we can sell to others, but as with any product, it must be received in the condition shipped and must be received within 30 days of receipt.

​

Custom Items

We do not accept refunds for custom-made items to your specifications.
