For our Rustic Farmhouse Trays, we will continue to add both made-to-order and in-stock items. The in-stock items can be pre-ordered if out of stock as is and will be available for shipment within 3 weeks just as a made-to-order items.  Any in-stock items that are pre-ordered can follow the return policy for in-stock items which can be returned within 30 days for a full product refund if returned in the same condition as shipped.
